The house located on the outskirts of Lima, is developed from a pre-existing partial construction on the first level. A system of skylights and overhead ventilation is conditioned in the center of the house.

The wooden lattice on the façade gives a play of light and shadow inside. The lightness of the metal columns in the interior produces a feeling of spaciousness.
