The house located in a popular area of ​​Lima, is developed from a pre-existing partial construction on the first level. The building has two fronts at different levels. This uneven spatial condition gives it flexibility in spatial relationships.

The simplicity in the composition and the use of exposed brick give an aesthetic value to the house.
